A current list of sub-processors is available on request via privacy@thorero.com.

In future releases, Thorero may integrate with customer identity providers (SSO) and ERP systems. Where such integrations are used, they will be subject to the privacy policies of those providers.

13. Children's Privacy

Thorero is designed for business and organisational use. The platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

14. AI Services

The Thorero Copilot provides structured answers to operational questions using two mechanisms: rule-based answers, computed entirely within Thorero from data the user is already authorised to view; and AI-assisted answers, for questions that cannot be answered by rules alone.

For AI-assisted answers, a compressed summary of the user's query and the relevant scoped context is transmitted to a third-party AI model provider for processing. Only aggregate counts and summaries are sent — never full operational records.

The AI provider does not use Thorero customer data to train its models. Users may disable the AI Copilot from within the Copilot panel at any time. When disabled, only rule-based answers are provided.

AI responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. Users remain responsible for any business decisions made using AI-generated information. AI functionality is intended to assist users and does not replace professional judgement.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on the Thorero website. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
